Something I love

As far back as I can remember, I have been using cake as my canvas. My mom decorated and sold cakes and cookies as a side job, and I just sat and watched her (sometimes I even got to play with the frosting myself if there was extra cake or the cookies were for our family). It wasn't until just a couple of years ago that I attempted my first cake decorating class, but I have been decorating cakes & cupcakes for about 11 years now. I'm a traditional type and I use buttercream on all of my cakes, but I'm not afraid or against trying other alternatives. I hope you enjoy my colorful creations and they can serve as inspirations for you too!
